About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team as a Site HSE Advisor FTC. As a key member of our HSE team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HSE matters to site management and employees.
  • Develop and implement effective HSE strategies and plans to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with site teams to develop and implement training programs to enhance HSE awareness and knowledge.
  • Investigate incidents and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH or NCRQ certificate in Health and Safety.
  • Proven experience in a Health and Safety role, preferably in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE laws and regulations, including CDM, PUWER, and Work at Height Regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with site teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
