Job Summary:

Reed Finance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a pivotal role in providing financial management and accounting information to support business strategy and technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including management accounts and commentary.
  • Assist in the mobilization of new contracts and set up project structures for the operations team.
  • Support year-end and interim statutory audits.
  • Liaise with senior management teams to ensure a good understanding of financial results.
  • Maintain effective credit control processes to ensure timely and correct payments.
  • Analyze data to drive margin improvement through better working practices.
  • Collaborate with the bid team on tender commercials as needed.
  • Manage commercial and invoicing needs of consolidation centers.

Requirements:

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
  • Experience in management accounting.
  • Commercial experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a standalone position.
  • Strong Excel skills, with SAP experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-finance professionals.
