We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Waking Night Concierge to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Waking Night Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and care to our customers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, helping them to develop life skills and independence.
- Handle emergency and challenging situations with confidence and poise.
- Ensure an excellent service is provided to our customers, meeting their individual needs and preferences.
- Provide personal care to customers, including assistance with daily living tasks.
- Conduct regular fire safety checks and ensure the security of the service is maintained.
- Write and update customer notes, maintaining accurate records of their care and support.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a care or support setting.
- Previous experience of working under challenging circumstances, with a calm and composed demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to use IT systems confidently, with a basic understanding of software applications.
