As a Medical Support Services Assistant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team within the Learning Disability Assessment Unit, working towards a common goal of providing effective support and care.



Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to interact with a diverse range of staff, service users, and the general public. Proficiency in IT packages is also essential for this role. Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Support Services Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:




  • Providing administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication
  • Assisting with the delivery of high-quality care and support to service users, adhering to the Service's aims and values
  • Communicating effectively with staff, service users, and the general public, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all
  • Maintaining knowledge and skills in IT packages, ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes
