Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
- Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care

- Observe, record, and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided
- A relevant nursing qualification
- NMC registration
