We are currently recruiting for a Tax Specialist to join our team at Charterhouse Recruitment Services. Our client is a leading provider of consulting services to clients across the UK and multiple sectors, including Construction, Property, Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, and Professional Services.
About the Role
- As a Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, analysing, and interpreting changing tax legislation in the UK and overseas.
- You will work closely with tax law and revenue provisions to provide expert advice to clients.
- Liaising and negotiating with HMRC on behalf of clients is also a key aspect of this role.
- You will produce detailed reports to calculate tax liability and advise clients on how to minimise tax liability.
- Establishing and structuring family trusts, guiding clients on VAT and customs planning, and visiting local clients to provide reports and presentations are also key responsibilities.
