We are looking for a highly skilled Translational Medicine Lead to join our team at Autolus Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Translational Medicine strategy for our autoimmune franchise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Translational Medicine, with expertise in autoimmune diseases. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $220,000 per annum.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement the AutoImmune Translational Medicine strategy, including biomarkers, assay development, endpoints, study design, safety evaluations, dose selection, and publications.
  • Matrix work with other functional areas to define key aspects of the integrated development plans, including vendor selection and management, assay validation, companion diagnostic etc...
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to members of the Translational Medicine team; in line with Autolus' values.
