About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Finance Specialist to join our team at We Do Group. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in supporting our treasury operations and ensuring the smooth management of our cash flows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cash reconciliations across the group to ensure accuracy and completeness of statements from banks.
  • Support subsidiaries with treasury queries and provide guidance on cash management best practices.
  • Manage treasury management software (Kyriba) to optimize cash flow and reduce costs.
  • Liaise with banks for operational queries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Reconcile treasury payments and ensure timely processing of cash transactions.
  • Open and close bank accounts as needed, and monitor bank account activity across the group to identify opportunities for rationalization.
  • Maintain accurate records for intercompany loans and letters of credit.
  • Track all cash activities and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Perform general administration tasks to support the treasury function.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a hands-on treasury position, with a strong understanding of cash management and tracking.
  • Experience using treasury management software (Kyriba) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with the wider business and banks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
