Position Overview:

What You'll Do:

Drive Success:

  • Lead and manage the execution of Treasury Solutions engagements, ensuring top-notch delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture relationships with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, becoming a trusted advisor.

Innovate and Improve:

  • Boost the effectiveness of our Treasury Solutions by enhancing models, datasets, and analytical frameworks that scale.
  • Collaborate with our team to automate advisory solutions, integrating cutting-edge technology and best practices.

Your Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Generate new leads through strategic outreach and proactive communication.
  • Craft compelling pitches and proposals that win engagements and delight clients.
  • Cultivate existing relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth.

Client Engagement Delivery:

  • Assist in advisory engagements by gathering and analyzing data to inform actionable recommendations.
  • Lead research efforts to support our solutions, ensuring they’re data-driven and impactful.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of efficiency and excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 8+ years in corporate Treasury or a related financial environment, with a knack for business development and client engagement.
  • Skills: Strong critical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with an interest in automation tools and technologies.
  • Personality: A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow.
