Head of Governance for North Suffolk Schools

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as Chairperson of the Management Committee at Horizon School.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and governance to ensure that our school continues to deliver high-quality education to students with SEMH needs.
You will also be responsible for overseeing educational performance, financial management, and the school's overall strategic direction.
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Requirements- A strong understanding of governance frameworks and experience in ensuring that leadership teams are held accountable for their performance.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex issues and scrutinise school policies, budgets, and performance data.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of young people, particularly those who face significant challenges in their educational journeys.
