We are seeking a Director of Governance for Peridot Partners. As the head of our Management Committee, you will provide strategic leadership and governance to ensure our school continues to deliver high-quality education to students with SEMH needs.

**Job Overview:**

We are committed to providing every child with the opportunity to reach their full potential. Our Pupil Referral Unit delivers short-term educational placements for students experiencing difficulties at mainstream schools.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the committee in fulfilling its duties outlined in the Governance Handbook.
  • Conduct regular monitoring visits and work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the school's curriculum and interventions are meeting the needs of all pupils.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders.
  • Provide support and guidance to the Headteacher and the senior leadership team while holding them accountable for the school's performance.

The commitment required is approximately 2 – 3 days per month.
