We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Ward Manager to lead our Neonatal Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care, managing resources effectively, and promoting a culture of excellence within the unit.
Main Responsibilities- Provide effective leadership and monitoring of professional and care standards in the Neonatal Unit.
- Be a visible and accessible presence in the clinical area, ensuring the provision of compassionate, safe, and high-quality patient care.
- Lead by example, promoting a positive and supportive work environment, and act as a role model for staff.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Trust's Quality Improvement Plan/Strategy.
- Lead the multidisciplinary team, utilizing resources effectively and efficiently, and escalating concerns about patient safety, quality, and experience in a timely manner.
- Ensure the effective and sustainable relationship between Maternity and Neonates.

- Current NMC Registration.
- Qualified in Speciality (QIS).
