HR Advisor Job Opportunity

Voyage Care is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR Team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing advice and guidance to managers on all aspects of change management processes, ensuring all risks are identified and managed and legislative processes followed in line with company policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on change management processes, including TUPE transfers, restructures, redundancies, and acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and senior management to ensure a smooth transition of change programmes within set timescales.
  • Ensure all compliance documentation, such as criminal record checks and right to work information, is in place upon any transfer to the business.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers on employee relations, including handling sensitive conversations with empathy.
Requirements:
  • Experience of managing and advising on change management programmes, ideally with experience of TUPE transfers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and senior management.
