Job Title: Telephone Sales Executive

About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent to join our growing team at Insurd, a forward-thinking insurance broker committed to revolutionising the industry. As a Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for selling insurance for taxis and motorhomes, building relationships with inbound clients, and handling policy administration from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer new and renewed policies, including the set-up of additional products.
  • Comply with FCA and all other regulatory requirements relating to the role.
  • Input data onto the office systems.

The Benefits

  • Excellent starting salary of £28,000 dependent upon experience + bonus.
  • Average bonus earned is circa £ per month (some are much higher).
  • 28 days holiday annually (including Bank Holidays) rising to 33 days with length of service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year's sales experience and 1 year telephony.
  • Communications skills must be of a high level as you will deal with clients face to face, over the telephone and also in writing.
  • Planning and organisational and time management skills also to be of a high standard.

  • Computer literate and thorough understanding of company software
