Job Title: Club Head Chef

Job Summary:

The Ned Careers is seeking an experienced and skilled Club Head Chef to join our team at The Ned. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, supervising a team of chefs, and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in achieving revenue goals and maintaining the reputation of the hotel
  • Oversee and direct the kitchen, supervise the team, and ensure that guest needs are met to the high standard required by the company
  • Ensure that the standards of the division meet and exceed the quality standards set
  • Manage, support, and develop the Ned's Club kitchen team while creating a great place to work
  • Develop new innovative techniques and menu items to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve productivity
  • Maintain effective communication within the department and keep the Executive Chef informed of any problems or queries that have arisen
  • Ensure an efficient and well-organized department, ensuring all staff are well-trained and highly motivated
