Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary:

Tonic Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our prestigious B&I contract catering site in the City of London. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative menus that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new menu concepts that showcase fresh, high-quality ingredients and flavors
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional food quality
  • Collaborate with our procurement team to source the finest ingredients and suppliers
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality, fresh food operation
  • Strong knowledge of ingredients, food trends, flavors, and menu design
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in culinary arts
