Key Responsibilities
Crafting exceptional coffee-based drinks, including espresso, lattes, and cortados. Creating innovative coffee cocktails and signature Latin American-inspired drinks. Providing top-notch customer service, ensuring every guest feels part of our community. Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting bar area.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a bartender or barista, with a strong understanding of both coffee-making and cocktail preparation. Knowledge of Latin American cocktails (think Mojitos, Pisco Sours, etc.). Passion for delivering excellent customer service with a friendly, approachable attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure. A team player who enjoys being part of a supportive, positive work culture. Availability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends. Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
