Job Title: Deputy Kitchen Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Kitchen Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Leeds-Brighouse. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food service and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of line chefs to achieve high standards of food quality and service.
  • Develop and implement effective kitchen procedures to ensure efficient and profitable food service.
  • Manage kitchen budgets and control costs to achieve financial targets.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the guest experience.
  • Review guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in managing kitchen operations in compliance with all standards and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
