The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Quant Associate Director to join our growing quant team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the team, developing and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

About the Role
  • Lead the quant team in delivering high-quality research solutions to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the business
Requirements
  • Established Associate Director level experience in quant research
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to design and implement innovative research approaches
  • Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members
  • Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
