About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quant Associate Director to join our growing quant team at Hasson Associates Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in the strategic direction of our quant practice and will be involved in business wins and development of new clients and identifying opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative and creative approaches to help clients resolve commercial problems
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultation, partnership, and insight
  • Lead on creating winning proposals and pitches in response to complex briefs
  • Mentor and develop junior team members in the area of quant research
  • Contribute to the growth of the business and work as part of a wider company
About You

You will be an established Associate Director level working in the world of quant research, delivering ad-hoc and continuous quant research and a range of different approaches. You will have in-depth quantitative experience and the ability to design research approaches according to client business needs.
