Job Title: Cafe Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to lead our team at our Mayfair location. As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and operational efficiency to optimize profitability
  • Maintain high standards of quality and service, ensuring a consistent customer experience
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
