Key Responsibilities- Support health visitors in delivering the Healthy Child Programme and Whittington Health Trust (Haringey) Health Visiting service specification.
- Work across the 0-19 service, mainly based in the Health Visiting teams, to improve health and life outcomes for children and families within a defined community.
- Participate in the development of intervention pathways, services, and health improvement activities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare and service providers, including Children Centre's and Early Years, to identify and address health needs.
- Registered Nurse
- Education to Degree Level or Equivalent
- Basic Awareness of IT and IT Skills
- Time Management Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written
