Job Title: Community Nursing Team Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community Nursing Team Administrator to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Nursing Team Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Community Nursing service by assisting in the triage of new referrals and providing administrative support to the team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the central point of contact for new referrals, taking messages, obtaining information, and advising patients about visits.
  • Maintain effective communication across the service, dealing with patients, carers, staff, and other agencies in a professional, helpful, and sensitive manner.
  • Assist in the efficient and accurate recording of data on electronic systems, including the Trust system RIO.
