About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support opportunities for LMP learners to progress onto other LMP programmes. This role will also support current apprentices to stay on programme for the full duration, ensuring learner retention and timely success.

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of apprenticeships and the ability to communicate at a professional level with external and internal employers. They will also be able to plan development activity, manage intervention and contingency strategies, and identify new opportunities to engage new business/sector clients.

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the liaison between sales and operations within the LMP Education team
  • Ensure all data requirements are maintained, records are up-to-date and accurate, and deadlines for returns are met against all KPIs
  • Provide consultation and guidance on all services LMP Education has to offer to current clients and learners
  • Identify upsell opportunities when holding learner progression calls with LMP Employers
  • Build relationships through great customer service
