We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team and contribute to the delivery of a wide range of Salesforce projects.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of integration workstreams, providing instructions and guidelines to the technical development team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a small team of 2-3 Salesforce Developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of integration workstreams, providing instructions and guidelines to the technical development team.
- Have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Lead and manage a small team of 2-3 Salesforce Developers.
- Help design business processes, including automations based on the Salesforce Platform.
- Translate business requirements and develop functional and technical designs.
- Build integration jobs based on instructions and guidelines, and build/implement web-based user interfaces.
- Facilitate code sharing and control by regularly submitting code to a concurrent version system repository.
- Lead detailed design workshops, playbacks, testing, and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a small team of 2-3 Salesforce Developers.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Ability to design and deliver integration workstreams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to lead technical design and solution for each project and client engagement.
