About the Role

CBRE Enterprise EMEA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sustainability and Energy Management to join our team. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability and energy management initiatives across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement energy and sustainability strategies to meet client objectives and targets.
  • Manage and support the implementation of energy-related tasks to ensure service provision and compliance.
  • Motivate and train teams in energy and sustainability best practices.
  • Support clients' wider sustainability and corporate social responsibility objectives.
  • Lead the development of ESG, environmental, and circular economy strategies for account operations worldwide.
  • Ensure global energy and sustainability standards are applied throughout the account.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving strategies and budget for utilities within the account.
  • Coordinate energy procurement and implementation of new technologies with the global energy and sustainability platform.
  • Develop, update, communicate, and implement energy efficiency standards, water efficiency standards, and best-in-class waste and recycling processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training.
