We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at Family Care Group. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the care and well-being of young people in our residential settings.

You will work closely with our team of professionals to provide a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the emotional and psychological well-being of the young people in our care. Your ability to build positive relationships and provide individualized support will be essential in helping our young people thrive.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce or equivalent, as well as previous experience working with children and young people. A full driving license is also required, as you will be responsible for transporting young people as part of your role.
