About the Role
As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing support and companionship to our residents, assisting with daily living tasks, and helping to ensure that each individual receives the quality care and support they deserve. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of caring for older people, preferably in a care home setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £19,500 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities, enabling you to enhance your skills and knowledge and progress your career within our organisation. You will also receive a range of employee benefits, including access to employee discounts and a pension scheme.
