We're looking for an experienced Retail Store Leader who can drive our store's success in the absence of the Store Manager. As a Deputy Store Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maximising profits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of retail colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
