Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Retail Store Leader who can drive our store's success in the absence of the Store Manager. As a Deputy Store Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maximising profits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of retail colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee stock management, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of store appearance and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of managing teams, achieving sales targets, and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.
