We are seeking a talented Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Aggreko, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our end-to-end supply chain activities and developing a best-in-class supply chain strategy that meets customer demands and exceeds expectations.

This role requires a strong commercial acumen, excellent influencing and negotiating skills, and experience in eProcurement, ERP, and Microsoft tools (M3 would be beneficial). You will also have a strong background in logistics, inventory modeling, and warehousing/stores management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a best-in-class supply chain strategy that meets customer demands and exceeds expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Manage risk assessment and mitigation plans to ensure supply chain continuity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
