As a Senior Practitioner Psychologist at Crisis, you will play a vital role in shaping our organization's vision for ending homelessness. You will be responsible for developing and implementing psychologically informed environments (PIEs) to support our clients' well-being and recovery.

**Salary:** £53,755 - £64,504 per annum FTE, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, you will join our dynamic team as a Senior Practitioner Psychologist. Your primary focus will be on supporting our clients in achieving their goals and improving their overall quality of life. You will work closely with colleagues from various backgrounds and disciplines to ensure a comprehensive approach to service delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners. A strong understanding of psychological theory and its application in practice is essential. Additionally, you should have experience working with vulnerable populations and a commitment to social justice.
