Job Overview
Crisis is a national charity dedicated to ending homelessness. We are seeking a skilled Senior Practitioner Psychologist to join our team in London, supporting our Crisis at Christmas teams.

About the Role
This new role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative services that address the complex needs of individuals experiencing homelessness. As a Senior Practitioner Psychologist, you will work closely with our Crisis at Christmas team and the Christmas Case Management Team to implement Psychologically Informed Environments (PIEs). You will provide direct support to members, lead reflective practice for staff, and offer training to enhance service delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and delivering training for volunteers and staff, ensuring our services are trauma-informed and psychologically sound.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff and volunteers to enhance service delivery
- Provide direct support to members, utilizing your expertise in PIEs
- Lead reflective practice sessions to promote staff well-being and skill development
- Collaborate with the Crisis at Christmas team and Christmas Case Management Team to implement PIAs and improve service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Post-qualification experience working in complex systems
- Direct experience working with people who experience homelessness
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Commitment to social justice and advocacy for marginalized groups

Benefits
- Competitive salary range: £53,755 - £64,504 per annum FTE (dependent on experience)
