About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Consulting team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will work with health and social care clients to identify and test the feasibility of real estate investment opportunities.

Your expertise in planning and developing healthcare estate and infrastructure projects will be invaluable in helping our clients make informed decisions about their real estate portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement real estate strategies for health and social care clients
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations on real estate investment opportunities
  • Work with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and develop solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Provide expert advice on real estate risk management and value creation

Requirements

  • Relevant real estate industry qualification or experience
  • Experience in a client-side and consultancy environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Financial literacy and commercial understanding
  • Ability to understand and combine commercial, strategic, and operational perspectives
  • Programme management, project management, capital projects, and contract management skills
  • Competent in handling data sets and analysing/presenting data to evidence proposed solutions
