Job Opportunity: Cover Supervisor Position

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to join our team at a reputable Secondary school in Stevenage. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of education for students in the absence of their regular teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead classes effectively, promoting a supportive and productive learning environment.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, contributing to a collaborative school community.
  • Apply subject knowledge and expertise to support student learning and engagement across various subjects and age groups.
  • Assist with classroom management and administrative tasks, honing organizational and leadership skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or related role is preferred but not required.
  • Openness to learning and adapting to new environments, with a passion for making a positive impact in education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and colleagues effectively.
