Step Teachers is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team in a "Good" Ofsted-rated Secondary school in Stevenage. As a Cover Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a supportive and productive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead classes in the absence of the regular teacher, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, contributing to a collaborative school community.
  • Apply your subject knowledge and expertise to support student learning and engagement across various subjects and age groups.

Requirements:
