Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. You will inspire and lead a team of chefs, focusing on development and continuous improvement. Your passion for great food, strong leadership skills, and desire to create a memorable dining experience will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Lead and inspire a team of chefs, focusing on development and continuous improvement.
  • Create and develop exciting, seasonal menus that reflect the unique flavors of Scotland.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations.
  • Manage food costs, inventory, and suppliers to optimise profitability.
