Registered Nursing Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nursing Associate to join our Outpatient Team as a Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to a team of nursing associates and support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, including nursing assistants and students, to ensure they receive the necessary support and guidance to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with the Trust's values and standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Registered Nursing Associate on the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) register.
- Experience of working in a clinical leadership role, with a proven track record of improving patient outcomes and staff engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research.
