**Job Summary**

CBSbutler is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the design, manufacture, and maintenance of our systems and products meet the highest levels of reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct reliability and maintainability analysis and engineering tasks to influence the design and future sustainment of platforms and systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering capability teams and central functions to drive current and long-term skills and processes.
  • Represent the Supportability Engineering team at technical reviews, integration activities, and planning events.
  • Provide technical guidance, advice, mentoring, and support to junior or less experienced engineers.
  • Ensure alignment between reliability and maintainability engineering, safety engineering, and human factors engineering in reliability analysis activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant engineering field.
  • Knowledge of reliability, availability, maintainability, and testability principles.
  • Experience in applying reliability, maintainability, and testability tools, techniques, and approaches on complex programs.
  • Knowledge and experience in applying international and/or military standards and specifications relevant to reliability engineering.
