Commercial Valuation Surveyor Opportunity

We are working with a well-established regional practice of Chartered Surveyors who provide valuations throughout the South East of England within the commercial property sector. They specialize in business concerns, including trading-related valuations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Combine business and staff management with fee-earning activities, including oversight of report quality and client liaison.
  • Manage a team of professionals and contribute to the growth and development of the practice.
  • Be responsible for the valuation of various property classes, including Retail, Industrial, Offices, Licensed/Leisure, Hotels, Healthcare, Educational, and Business concerns.
  • Hold a MRICS/FRICS and VRS qualification with extensive commercial valuation experience.
  • Participate in succession planning and contribute to the development of the practice.
Requirements:
  • A stable career background with broad valuation experience.
  • A strong desire to manage and develop a successful practice.
  • The ability to bring energy and focus to further the excellent reputation and profitability of the practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to take on a directorship appointment with a shareholding. The position offers a tax-efficient earnings package, including basic salary, dividends, and expenses. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a long-established practice and contribute to its continued growth and success.
