About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP transformation manager to join our Supply Chain Transformation (SAP) Advisory practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, leveraging your expertise in SAP Supply Chain and collaborating with Capgemini Invent and the broader Capgemini group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, design, and deliver SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, engaging with clients' global process owners and process leads to understand their current value streams and processes, pain points, and bottlenecks.
  • Manage and guide the team towards on-time, high-quality deliverables and tangible results, supporting the engagement team in delivering the overall business case, roadmap, and future state architecture.
  • Support the RFI, RFP response, and drafting the statement of work, as well as building and enhancing our tools and accelerators.
  • Contribute to thought leadership papers, point of view, and research papers, showcasing your expertise and knowledge in the field.
Requirements
  • Proven SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain experience transformation experience in large, complex transformation programs.
  • End-to-end knowledge in one or more of the Supply Chain processes - Plan to Produce, Plan to Deliver, Procure to Pay in the context of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP/non-SAP Cloud applications.
  • Ability to map processes to key Supply Chain technologies, including SAP S/4 HANA modules and integration with cloud-based Supply Chain tools.
  • Knowledge of latest technologies AI, RPA, and applications within the Supply Chain function.
  • Currently working in a major Consulting firm or industry, with a Consulting background.
