We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Careers and Enterprise Team as an Employer Engagement Officer. In this role, you will work closely with staff across the university to develop and deliver a comprehensive programme of activities and events that engage employers and maximize progression opportunities for students and graduates.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with employers and can lead on employer support for designated academic Schools and sectors. You will work closely with the Employer Engagement Team, Leaders, Careers Consultants, and Careers and Enterprise programme teams to offer a coordinated approach to both the School and central employer programme of opportunities.

About the Department

The Careers and Enterprise Team's mission is to further develop the employability of Queen Mary University of London students from enrolment until three years after graduation. The Team consists of around 60 FTE staff, working in partnership with academic schools and employers to provide inclusive careers support and opportunities to Queen Mary students and graduates.
