Principal Engineering Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineering Specialist to join our Building Services team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, experience in leading MEP projects, and a passion for driving sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Ramboll on MEP projects, leading your own discipline and managing engineers of complementary disciplines.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions, utilizing digital and parametric design tools.
- Maintain excellent client service, while managing project timelines and allocating resources effectively.
Your Qualifications
- CIBSE / IET / IMechE accredited honours degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Able to work autonomously on technical aspects, with a deep interest in or experience using digital and parametric design tools.
- A commitment to personal and professional development, aligned with our company values.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits that support your personal and professional growth, including opportunities for education and training, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment that promotes diversity, equality, and inclusion.
