About the Role

A Lead Artist is a true brand ambassador who embodies the values of Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. This role combines artistry and commerce, driving targets through building lasting customer relationships and showcasing exceptional artistry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example to consistently achieve and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
  • Create brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of strong product knowledge
  • Be proactive in booking appointments and maximizing every consultation
  • Extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience, driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities within Company guidelines
  • Be an inspiration to the team, demonstrating exceptional artistry and giving on-the-spot coaching and feedback to develop Retail Artists
  • Fluency in Charlotte Tilbury's makeup style, language, and expertise in product knowledge
  • Drive masterclasses and event activity in-store, ensuring appointments are fully booked
  • Bring active support and initiative for counter events and new product launches, sharing ideas
  • Demonstrate immaculate grooming standards, reflecting your makeup look and in accordance with the Charlotte Tilbury grooming guidelines
