About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Behaviour Intervention Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. In this rewarding role, you will provide one-to-one and group support to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Role Description

You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop tailored behavior plans and learning strategies, helping students to achieve their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with SEND.

Key Tasks
  1. Provide dedicated support to students with SEND, promoting their emotional and social development.
  2. Collaborate with teachers and the school’s SEN Coordinator to implement individual behavior plans and learning strategies.
  3. Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a cohesive and effective support network.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
