Home-Based Speech Therapist Opportunity

CBI Health Group is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing home-based care to clients. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with clients in their homes, using a collaborative and interdisciplinary team-based approach to care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and implementation of SLP interventions in a home-based setting
  • Use of a collaborative and interdisciplinary team-based approach to care and services
  • Leverage our digital health platforms to support care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention

Requirements:

  • Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Passionate about offering a person-centered approach to care
  • Comfortable delivering care both in person and using virtual methods/technology
