The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) role at CBI Health Group offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to split your time between in-person and virtual sessions. This position is ideal for professionals who value autonomy and flexibility in their work schedule.



About the Role


  • Assess and implement SLP interventions in a home-based setting, leveraging a collaborative and interdisciplinary team-based approach to care and services.
  • Support a holistic and restorative approach to care, enhancing stroke pathways and promoting person-centered care.
  • Leverage digital health platforms to support care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and intervention.


Requirements


  • Current registration as a member in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario.
  • Passion for delivering person-centered care and embracing the flexibility of virtual and in-person sessions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and independently.
