About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Anderselite LTD. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial projects from conception to completion, ensuring smooth project delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage D&B commercial projects in various sectors, overseeing the entire project lifecycle and liaising with internal designers and estimators.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Retrieve quotes and negotiate with suppliers and sub-contractors to secure competitive pricing.
  • Provide technical liaison and review with external parties, ensuring project compliance and quality.
  • Attend meetings and site visits as required, ensuring effective communication and project progress.
  • Ensure Health and Safety protocols are maintained throughout the project, communicating effectively with site managers and relevant personnel.
Requirements
  • Comfortable working independently on managing projects, including electrical services such as small power, lighting, security systems, and fire alarms.
  • Previous experience working on projects worth £20,000 to £1,500,000.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages and able to read and interpret drawings.
  • NVQ, HNC, or relative electrical qualifications are essential for this role.
  • Experience as an electrician is advantageous.
  • End-to-end project management experience is essential.
  • SMSTS or black CSCS card is desirable.
What We Offer
  • Salary negotiable depending on experience (circa £50,000 to £55,000+).
