Job Title: Subscriber Value Management Strategist
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum in London

About the Role:
This position requires someone with expertise in subscriber lifecycle management, data analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies to execute and optimize our global subscriber value management strategy.
Responsibilities:- Lead the rollout and optimization of our global subscriber value management strategy.
- Develop and implement incremental data capture strategies to enhance customer insights and personalization efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives and customer preferences.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as subscriber engagement, conversion rates, retention rates, and revenue growth.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in subscriber value management, CRM management, digital marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving performance and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive results in a global environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
