We are seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our Anaesthetic & Recovery team at Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and patient experiences in our state-of-the-art operating theatres.
Main Duties
- Work collaboratively with leading consultants and like-minded professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Supervise, support, and develop junior members of staff to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Contribute to the development of high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based.
- Interact effectively with colleagues on the ward to ensure continuity of patient care.
