About the Job:

This part-time or full-time Care Assistant role is available at Chetwynd House, a luxury 75-bed care home offering high-quality residential and dementia care. You will be an essential part of our residents' day-to-day lives, providing emotional and physical support while assisting with meal times, personal care, leisure activities, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Help with meal times, including serving food and drinks
  • Participate in leisure activities and outings with residents

You will receive a thorough induction into your role and ongoing training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to provide high-quality care. Our dedicated Training Manager and Dementia Manager are committed to supporting your development and career aspirations.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: £12.00 per hour
  • Flexible working hours: choose between 18.5 to 39 hours per week
  • Night shifts available: 21:00 - 07:00
  • Alternate weekend work required
